Air Parcel is a regular trackable shipping method for the items which size like a box of model airplanes.

Size Limit of air parcel:
Majority countries (XP): 1.50 meters for length; 3 meters for the sum of the length and girth combined. Weight not exceed 30KG.
i.e. Belgium; Canada; France; Greece; Germany; Hungary; Spain; United Kingdom.........others.


United State Of America (XP): 1.50 meters for length; 2.75 meters for the sum of the length and girth combined. Weight not exceed 30KG.

Some countries (P): 1.05 meters for length; 2 meters for the sum of the length and girth combined. Weight not exceed 30KG.
i.e. Australia; Brazil; Chile; Croatia; Indonesia; Kuwait; Ukraine..........others


Hong Kong EMS


This is the most fast way and trackable shipping method, use it to ship an itme which size like model airplane is great but a bit of expensive.

Size Limit of EMS:

RETTUNING MALFUNCTION ITEM(s) :


If the merchandise malfunctions due to a proved manufacturing defect by agency, the customer can get replacement for the same model by report defective item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. Return the malfunction items to us in its original condition. we will send replacement after the return item arrived and inspected by us. We will bare the shipping charge of sending replacement. Customer need to bare the shipping cost of returning the malfunction item(s).
If the malfunction item are out of stock, the customers can choose the following way to settle the case.

A: To exchange others products from us pay or refund the difference payment paid by the original trade.

B: Waiting for the coming stock.

C: Cancelled the trade get money back without shipping cost.
